AccessifyAI provides comprehensive digital accessibility solutions including:

• Digital accessibility consulting and strategy development
• Comprehensive accessibility audits and testing
• Accessibility training and education programs
• Remediation services for web and mobile applications
• VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) creation
• Compliance testing for WCAG, ADA, AODA standards
• Platform-based accessibility solutions

These services are provided to organizations globally to ensure digital accessibility compliance.

You agree to use our services lawfully and ethically. You must not:

• Violate intellectual property rights of AccessifyAI or third parties
• Use our services for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Interfere with our systems, network, or services
• Falsify identity or data provided to us
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware or engage in harmful activities

All content, trademarks, tools, documents, methodologies, and designs provided through our platform are the property of AccessifyAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

• Invoices will be provided with standard Net 15-30 day terms unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late payments may incur interest charges as allowed by applicable law
• Service may be paused or terminated in case of unpaid dues
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• Complete compliance achievement through our tools or reports
• Specific outcomes under WCAG, AODA, ADA, or other accessibility standards
• Compatibility with all systems or technologies

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccessifyAI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Third-party claims or actions
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time for:

• Violations of these terms of service
• Legal or security concerns
• Fraudulent or harmful activities
• Non-payment of fees

Clients may terminate engagement with 15 days' written notice unless governed by a separate contract. Upon termination, access to our services will cease, and any outstanding obligations remain in effect.

Users outside Canada are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

AccessifyAI will make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable international standards but users remain responsible for ensuring local compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:

• Changes in our services or business practices
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Industry best practices and standards
